We are proud to be the world’s first quartz surface company to carry the ISO 14001 environmental standard for environmental protection in industry. This means that everything we do – inside and outside of our plant – is governed by a corporate environmental policy. Our code of ethics begins with safety standards that protect all of our workers, and continues with ecologically friendly production processes. The effect spreads to our customers who benefit from manufacture ensuring products that require almost no detergents.

CaesarStone surfaces are non-porous and free of mold and bacteria due to the use of quartz as a key ingredient. Endorsed by the National Health and Safety Foundation (NSF) in accordance with international NSF 51 sanitary standards, CaesarStone surfaces are qualified for installation in hospitals, restaurants, hotels and more.

We are committed to the safety of workers, partners and customers, and this has driven us to comply with OHSAS 18001, the worldwide respected Occupational Health and Safety Management Standard.

Maintaining Air Quality

All CaesarStone products are compliant with GREENGUARD standard. The American GEI (GREENGUARD Environmental Institute) certification ensures that CaesarStone surfaces are safe for the environment and do not release harmful substances into the air. GEI establishes acceptable indoor air standards for products, environments, and buildings in order to improve public health and quality of life through programs that improve indoor air.

Contributing to Green Building

LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is an accredited benchmark developed by the USGBC (United States Green Building Council) for the purpose of rating construction companies and products according to their compliance with ecological standards .CaesarStone's high LEED ranking credits entrepreneurs and contractors using our materials with LEED points, thus making Cesarstone the natural partner in advanced projects, built according to green construction practices.
