What’s new in House Four:
El’ise and Matt received a great deal of feedback on their kitchen design. So, with the finish line in sight, they have opted to open up the space to reveal the full beauty of their Primordia™ kitchen island.
Despite being a great design choice, the extractor hood competes with the lighting, making the area a little busy. El’ise and Matt remove both of these features, making way for simple, stylish pendant lighting and a sleek Bosch hob with a built-in extractor fan.
By opening up the area above the island, El’ise and Matt have allowed their central island to sing, revealing more of the fresh grey complexion of the Caesarstone® Primordia™ and creating a more functional workspace.
Opting for new wooden stools, El’ise and Matt have the perfect entertainer’s kitchen with ample storage and a luxurious colour palette.
A sleek, sophisticated setting for family and guests to gather at the heart of the home.
What’s new for House Two’s Kitchen:
Over in House Two, Tess and Luke refine their contemporary, classic kitchen design opting to increase the seating around their island bench.
Tess and Luke opt to remove some under-the-counter cabinetry to accommodate additional seating with plenty of leg room. As a result, the enormous four-square metre Airy Concrete™ island can now seat six guests comfortably, with ample room for more guests to join in the fun.
Applying the advice of judge Shaynna Blaze, the couple also declutter the cooktop area. The revamped touches ensure potential buyers can see all the kitchen’s functional bells and whistles. As Neale Whitaker says, “It’s where life gets lived”.
What’s new in House Five:
Everything was swimmingly for House Five’s stunning kitchen design until the wheels fell off when the judges visited the cramped laundry space.
Taking on board the feedback, Jesse and Mel have reconfigured their laundry space – removing the excess cabinetry to reveal a light, spacious laundry.
Altering the laundry layout and design now amplifies the beautiful Caesarstone® Cloudburst Concrete™ splashback and benchtops, creating a luxurious, functional space you want to use.
We look forward to seeing how these changes help each home come auction day. We wonder which lucky buyers will be moving into these beautiful new homes at The Oslo.
